We primarily specialize in unique properties for clients who enjoy non-multi complex living. Our clientele varies greatly and the types of properties vary as well. Located primarily in Kalamazoo County, we also own and manage properties in Calhoun County, South Carolina and Sonora, Mexico. Background
In 1991, Nancy Troff and Wendy Denning decided to join their considerable knowledge and experience in the property management and development business and formed Troff and Denning, Inc. Now, we control five hundred plus units, and never loose sight of what it takes to make our tenants feel at home.
Our company features immediate attention to queries and requests, 24 hour emergency service and easily accessible staff. We devote considerable resources to enhance our properties and we pride ourselves on our reputation of unparalleled quality and value in providing quality housing.
